What is VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check?
Instant eChecks, also known as ‘ACH’, is a secure and convenient method for depositing funds into your online gaming account directly from your bank account. Authorized funds will be made available in your account immediately.
Do I have to enroll in VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check?
Yes, you will need to enroll if you have not yet made a deposit using this method. Getting started is a breeze!
- First, go to Wallet > Deposit
- Select 'VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check' as your payment method.
- On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter your bank's 9-digit routing number and your 12-digit bank account number, which can both be found at the bottom of a check.
- Accept the VIP Preferred Terms and Conditions.
- Click on 'Enroll' to complete.
Why do you need my driver's license?
Your driver's license (or non-driver state photo ID) may be requested and used to provide proof of identity. Please be assured that this information is heavily encrypted and secure.
I'm enrolled. How much can I deposit per transaction?
The minimum deposit limit is $10.00, and the maximum deposit limit is $5,000.00 per transaction.
VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check will display your deposit limit amount on the deposit screen, indicating exactly how much can be deposited into your online sportsbook and casino account.
Please be advised that the limit amount applies to all online sportsbook and casino platforms. For example, if your available limit is $500.00 and you've already used $400.00 via ACH/e-Check to deposit on other online sportsbooks and casino platforms, then your available limit will be lowered to $100.00.
Note: We cannot set or adjust your available limits, as this is provided by a third-party processor. If you see 'Available Limit $0.00' on your screen, you will need to contact Global Payments directly at 1-800-500-1973 for further assistance.
How do I withdraw using VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check?
Once enrolled, all you need to do is select your enrolled bank account, enter your withdrawal amount, and click Confirm! We aim to process all withdrawals within 24 hours. After it is processed, it can take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to post back to your bank account.
