After completing the enrollment process, you can initiate a withdrawal by following these steps:

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to Wallet > Withdraw.
3. Select 'VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check'.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
5. Review and confirm your selection.

We aim to process all withdrawal requests within a 24-hour timeframe. Once your request is processed, please allow an additional 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account. It’s important to note that the actual time it takes for the funds to post may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
