As part of the Terms of our Gaming License, we are required to ensure that all patrons playing on our site are located within the state of New Jersey.

To ensure this, we use Geolocation software, which checks our patron's location via their Internet Connection.

You can browse the site and manage your account (including deposit, withdraw and set limits) anywhere in the USA, but you will only be able to wager while confirmed as being in the state of New Jersey.

The Geo location plug-in will activate when you open a real game. Once you are located and confirmed are within the borders of NJ, you can start playing.

If we are unable to locate you within the State boundaries, regrettably you will not be allowed to wager.
