You can withdraw funds from your Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino account at the Cashier Cage located at Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino.

The minimum amount for a cage withdrawal is $50.00.  To withdraw funds from your Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino account via the Cashier Cage, please submit the request by going to Wallet and then clicking on Withdraw. From there, you will be able to select Cash at Casino. Once your withdrawal request is submitted, please allow up to 24 hours to receive the voucher code via email. After the voucher code email has been received, then your funds will be ready for pickup.

Unless you withdraw your full account balance, cage withdrawals must be rounded to the nearest full dollar amount.

Please note that cage withdrawals requested during normal business hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM are typically reviewed in real time. Once a cage withdrawal is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email voucher code and can proceed directly to the casino cage to retrieve your funds. Requests outside of business hours may require additional time to be approved.

*In the event that you need to submit documents to verify your account, we ask that you allow 72 hours from document submission for your account to be reviewed before requesting a cage withdrawal.*

Important: You must provide proof of identification, such as a driver's license, passport, or any other government-issued photo ID that confirms your age, identity, and State of issue. We will not be able to process your cash withdrawal without this information. All approved cash withdrawals will be processed immediately.
