What is Visa® Direct?

• Visa® Direct is a secure money transferring platform that allows you to seamlessly withdraw funds directly to your bank account using a participating Visa® Debit Card within 24 hours.   
• Visa® Direct is quicker and easier than ACH Instant eCheck withdrawals.   
• To set up Visa® Direct, simply make a deposit using a participating Visa® Debit Card.  
• While most Visa® Debit Cards are authorized, some banks are not compatible with Visa® Direct. Please contact your bank for more information.  
• If you’ve already used a Visa® Debit Card to make a deposit, you can automatically withdraw funds using the same Visa® Debit Card (as long as your last deposit was made using your Visa® Debit Card).
• If you used your Visa® Debit card as your most recent payment method, then your default withdrawal method will automatically be switched to Visa® Direct.

How do I make a deposit using my Visa® Debit Card?

• Log into your account. 
• Go to Menu by clicking on the Balance Amount icon, located in the top right corner of your screen or you can also click on the box that says 'DEPOSIT'.
• Select 'Visa®' as your payment method.  
• Enter your card details.  
• Click 'Deposit.'  

How do I make a Visa® Debit withdrawal if I’ve already deposited using my Visa® Debit Card?

• Log into your account. 
• Make sure your most recent deposit was made with your Visa® Debit Card.
• Click on the Balance Amount icon, located on the top right corner of your screen, then under Wallet, select 'Withdraw'.
• Select your withdrawal method. 
• Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.  
• Click Withdraw.
